We have been staying in "Our" house for 8 years.

Judi is the kindest and easiest home owner to work with. House is well kept and clean. Beautiful view. Every thing on Anna Maria is convenient. So look forward to going to "Our" house next year. Don't know how she does it but we get great weather, too. Thank you,

2 weeks of Paradise on earth! No Exaggeration. We've been both active, and inactive.....but nothing in this beautiful state compares to the deep relaxation found here in the community of Anna Maria, Pine Street, Gulf Drive, and the two piers.Your seafood here is unsurpassed, found in many places, & we always enjoy the ambiance of the Sandbar.

A quick foray into St. Pete's for one last peak at the Dali & the MFA before we head back to the KS suburbs of KC tomorrow. It is sadly that we leave, only consoled by thoughts of returning! Thank you,

Dear Judi, At the end of our Christmas vacation, we are really struggling for words to best describe our experience in your beautiful home---it was soooo good!

From the first moment we walked into your house, we felt right at home.

Then came the view out of the living room windows, then the white sand beach, then the gulf, then the sunsets, then the dolphins, then the starry nights.....this was one of our most amazing, most relaxing and most memorable family vacations and we will certainly draw strength from the relaxed couple of days we had here. Thanks for your kind welcome surprise and your super-friendly and open communication before and during our stay! We hope to come back and enjoy AMI from the comfort of your house again!

6 girls spending one week together for the last 27 years. Took us a few years to find paradise but this is it. It is clean, well stocked with cooking needs, beach at a moments notice, stars at night.

Bike to shops, walk to Sandbar restaurant, Publix a short drive. We have watched the shoreline change over the years. Gulf is awesome. We tie floats together and anchor. Chill-laxing in adirondack chairs doing nothing. Did I say sunsets? Ya can't believe. This house has it all. Love the owner, she is a sweetheart and a Florida Gator.

I hesitate to write this review because I don't want to give up the best kept secret on Anna Maria.

This house is the perfect location, coupled with cleanliness and comfort. My wife and daughters are very particular about cleanliness and this house passed with flying colors.

The location on the beach is the best we found. We spent all day on the nearly-empty beach and slept great in the well-appointed bedrooms. Even sitting at the dining room table we felt like we were right on the beach. The beach views and proximity to the water make this the perfect getaway for a family.

You can walk to almost all of the desired shopping or dining spots on the north end. One of our favorite things about this house is the stunning views, especially at sunset. The owner, Judi, has this house setup for comfort and relaxation...everything you need is here. And she is very accessible by either phone or e-mail. Her fast response to our e-mails and phone calls exemplified her dedication to making sure that our vacation was a complete success. Well done Judi! We're already searching our calendar for our next vacation at this house! I highly recommend this one !!

This property is quiet, clean and comfortable with awesome views and a beach that is literally in the backyard.

Everything in and at the house was just perfect.....from the beach gear, BBQ and lounge chairs, to the towels, utensils, and appliances.

We mostly enjoyed being in the warm gulf waters, shelling and walking on the beach and even got in some fishing off of both piers which are just around the north point. My family would stay here again in a heartbeat! Judi was very friendly and helpful and can expect to hear from us when we plan our next vacation to Anna Maria Island in the near future.

THIS WAS OUR SIXTH TRIP TO ANNA MARIA ISLAND BECAUSE WE ENJOY THE AREA AND SCENERY SO MUCH. THIS COTTAGE WAS PERFECT FOR THE 5 ADULTS- PLENTY OF ROOM AND GORGEOUS VIEWS. This was our third trip to Anna Maria and we haven't always been happy with the houses rented from VRBO. This time, we were extremely satisified with the house and location. We were travelling with my in-laws who have limited mobility and the house was perfect for us. It was all on one level and only a few steps from the beach.

The house is very well maintained and has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It is the perfect location to fish, walk the beach or view the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The owner of the property is extremely helpful and easy to work with. She answers all questions completely and honestly. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Anna Maria. We hope that it will be very soon.

Needed to find a relaxing spot where I could recharge my batteries and have quality family time.

I never imagined just how PERFECT this rental would be.The house is spacious and had all the commodities of home, with the added bonus of having the beach right outside your door. We were close to the pier, Publix and the mainland. Every evening just before sunset we had an amazing breeze and perfect oceanview. The sound of the ocean breaking against the shore as the sun was setting was a PERFECT ending to each restful day of lounging on the beach. Can't wait to do it again soon!
